Interpreting rates at a glance
All prices include GST. Standard hours are 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday. Evenings, weekends and public holidays are charged at after-hours rates.

Cancellations
If you cancel a pre-booked phone, video or on-site booking at least 48 hours before the start time, the minimum charge applies. With less than 48 hours' notice, the full booked time is charged.
Translation pricing
Certified translations are priced per document, depending on language, length and turnaround. Standard documents like licences and certificates have fixed prices.
