Common questions
Will my police clearance translation be accepted?
Yes. It's completed by a NAATI certified translator with their stamp and certification number, which is what Home Affairs requires for visa and citizenship applications. Some authorities have their own rules, so tell us what it's for and we'll check.
How long does it take?
From 24 hours for standard requests. Same-day and express options are available if you're on a deadline.
Do I need to send the original?
No. A clear photo or scan is all we need. You'll receive the certified translation as a PDF by email, and hard copies can be posted on request.
